Salsa is done.  The following peppers went in the mix, jalapenos, Serranos, a problano,  an Anaheim, wax peppers, habaneros, red, yellow, and orange sweet pepper, and large red hot chili peppers.  I also used a heirloom tomato, Romano tomato, and vine tomato.  Other ingredients included juice from 1 lime and 1 lemon, a few cloves of garlic, 2/3 yellow onion, tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar, cilantro, salt, and pepper. 

The tacos were great, thanks again and I hope I didn't screw up the chipotle crema too much and sorry if I couldn't donate more fish but didn't catch too many 😁

Great job on the fish tacos as always everyone!!! They just seem to taste better at the Cove !!! Next year I will make a double batch of Chipotle slaw.

That's because they are better.  I was enjoying the home brew so much and trying to keep the line down I forgot to eat tacos until the very end.  I always forget there is a potluck.  Maybe next year I will remember.

I am hard of hearing but if I gave you three or four tacos instead of the one or two you asked for it was because I didn't want you to have to wait in line again when you realized how good they were.
