AOTY is back online!

Nice job on the new leader board.  This is going to be fun to watch the race to fill the categories.

so I just signed up & put the fish on.  hope it works...

I think if you caught the fish before you signed up it won't count.

Just to clarify...

There are two sign ups....
1.) The sign up where you pay Bill the entry fee.  Any fish caugth after this date will count towards points.
2.) The sign up where you get an account on the AOTY website.  You can enter fish that you caught before the date you signed up here (but see #1).

Finally, some of you have noticed this already... when you sign up with the site your fish won't count until Bill has had a chance to enter into the sites database when you actually paid (i.e. sign up date #1).   If you sign up and a couple days later your fish still aren't showing up you should contact Bill.

If you have any technical problems please let me know.

The only other thing I notice is that the links to the left of this page, under "Angler of the Year Leaders" are all dead links.

Great job with the actual AOTY page... really a slick setup.

When I entered my new LMB it appears that it updated the score, but not the pics that go with it...I tried to "destroy" my old LMB but the destroy button isn't active.

Also could you please activate Jelly so his new entries will show?

I think Bill will probably activate Jelly.  As for the destroy button not working... can you give me some details (i.e. which browser you're using).  If you want I can destroy it for you.  I also noticed that your original "Hawg" seems to have problems when you try to view the details.  As far as I can tell that is the only record that has that problem.

Something else seems to be going on... if you click on the LMB icon in the banner your  fish photos show up properly, but in the "Top3Fish" listing for LMB you have your old fish photos with the new info.  Very odd...  It seems that the code that is creating the top3fish has a flaw of some sort in the database query.  I'll see what I can do to fix it, I don't think there is anything you'll be able to do on your end so don't worry about it for now.
