Cleaning this fish reminded me of disecting back in anatomy lab.

Careful dissection comes from being Asian and growing up when there wasn't enough food to go around (at least not being able to get enough of what you wanted).  Learned you don't waste any more than absolutely necessary.

Nice catch! Was out there Sat with a co-worker for nada. Seem like the weather was nicer on Sat, but the fish won't cooperate!  :smt011 Oh well.
