Chris is the guy that shows up at a new spot (for him) and proceeds to outfish the local crew! Maddening and inspiring at the same time. Thanks for all the great stories and intel on how to catch more fish and different species!

thanks for helping to change the way I approached angling, it's been a slow evolution, but thanks to your knowledge and your generous sharing of that knowledge I've learned a tremendous amount.
Thanks to you I have:
1. my first winter brown trout. Catching a monster in 17 degree weather was possibly a once in a lifetime experience now that we are getting snow again in the winters.
2. dramatically improved Kokanee fishing thanks to picking up the habit of learning lake/species biology and applying that knowledge.
3. discovery of a whole new style of fishing which has turned into a favorite technique (jigging of course!)
Cheers and good luck in Oregon

Could not have said it better, but while I was enjoying that cup of coffee he was making new reports  :smt003. Thanks for everything Chris, your friendship, knowledge, and everything in between. Caught my P.B. trout at Almanor @ 7.3 lbs. because of you and owe you big time. I may be passing trough Newport in August, by then you should have it down to a science  :smt002. Guide service ?...

Happy trails and tight lines...

What can I say about the man that has not been said already? Thanks for teachin us how to fish for BIG fish!
Thanks for the newly established family tradition of camping at Almanor over Father's Day weekend, and fishing the Hex hatch. Some of the best memories we have had were up there!
Find out the 411 in Oregon, then we can do a NCKA hookup in Oregon!
Good luck buddy  :smt006
