Oyster Point this weekend anybody?

Can't leave town this weekend - so I figured I'd stay local.....anybody interested?

I'll wear my dry pants or waders. I wear my wetsuit mainly in the ocean.

Drifting with live bait would be best, but I'll settle for frozen bait. We can also troll for stripers using the X-rap, swim baits, cast masters, rattle traps and hair raisers. Not sure what the tide is like but I'll be there by7:30AM.

Do you launch at the Oyster Point Marina?

Yes sir! Actually, there is a windsurfer launch before you hit the actual launch ramp - you'll see a flag to your right as you come in.

Just found out I can't make it Saturday, but will try hard for Sunday.  I'll be looking forward to your report tomorrow evening.  Good luck, hope you catch some big ones!

Does the baitshop have any live bait?

I'm staying in San Mateo tonight...maybe I'll bring the yak?

Good thing I checked the site before I loaded up the yak.  I would have gone anyway, but I figure I'd better stick to a group thing for the first couple of times (and most other times)...
