I tortured ol Pepper, put him on a leash while Ronny figured how to cast in that trout pond. SO MANY DUCKS AND GEESE! He was in a frantic frenzy! I worked on some of his down command training. Poor dog, those birds were feet away, and I KNOW if I dropped the leash at any time....he did well too. I am hoping the boys out hunting bring the birds back here to clean so ol Peps gets to at least lick a bird today!

I talked to that kid a bit while spending the night at Rich's house. Seemed like a nice kid but very focused on that phone. I tried to teach him a little bit of my old world ethics and standards. He wasn't having any that phony bullshit.
