Their customer service is terrible but your video editing is great.

For you guys they should have made an exception but I do understand the policy which of course they should clearly state on their website. Most people don't want to see RV's when they look out their rooms windows. We've run into this before with our RV. We've even not stayed at RV places cause our 2003 RV is too old, or not clean enough, etc. Tons of shitty customer service and stringent policies abound. Sorry you guys had a bad/worst stay.

Are you sure you were not had by, "Cave Rock Manny".  He had a gorilla out in front of his place in the 70's. Zephyr Cove. He was

 a dry gulcher that prayed on the feeble minded.  He ran a gas station and sold crappy hamburgers. The locals didn't like the gorilla

but Cave rock Manny did. He said, "fuck you",  the gorilla stays........... Wrong.

.......They ran Manny out of town.  Gorilla and all. It was a mechanical gorilla that waved at the cars going by........... Wrong.

Just to get even he ran his car into the front door of the capital in Carson City.

Not secure at all in terms of theft of possible vandalism.  Looks like they don't take comments on their FB page?  Or maybe I'm  too FB illiterate.  I want to complain publicly even though it wasn't me!!

I think you could have forced the issue, make them kick you out giving terms to demand full refund.

Heck, if you want you still can small claims court them.  Just use their promo language and prepare responses as to how they did not live up to their 'promises.'

That's too bad man, I had a great time when I stayed there in 09 for a week. Maybe things have changed and kudos to you for summing it up in 15min  That's a sweet RV, but do you think they wanted it out of sight to not scare the Lexus and BMW level guests?
