Can Medical Marijuana Card Holders Hold a Hunting License?

Where did you get this from Jerry?  From what found, on the ATF website, marijuana is not specifically called out:

But not if it's prescribed, it's not unlawful unless your being Federally prosecuted.    So calling it out as Medical Marijuana users seems wrong to me, since that is defined at the state level.

The federal law doesn't care if pot is legal or not.  I merely asks if you are using or addicted to pot.  So even if the Federal law changed and stipulated pot was legal in any form, it would still prevent you from owning a gun. 


Thank God Almighty that the right to bear arms does not rest at the state level, or no one would have the right to own a gun here in California. 

I don't have a medical marijuana card but i smoke weed and hunt and live my life like there aint no tomorrow. And i think its ok. It sure feels right. Although i have to admit, i don't usually smoke til I'm done cleaning the ducks. I say," Don't let bullshit regulations get in the way of living your life".

Alcohol good, pot bad?  F'n kidding me!
