Yeah just noticed that. Darn!! They live another day. I'm going dinosaur hunting then.

Got to Dillon Beach at high tide yesterday morning and turned the corner to head south down the beach to find that he surf was coming up the base of the dunes. Had to let the tide go out a little before perching.

Is it legal for clamming at night?

It is illegal to clam at night or while it's dark

I am thinking ( hoping ) the perch will be up close on the high tide .
