He probably bought that 1.5M crack rock and smoked it all already. 

The good old "angle walk"    and the armored truck guard uses the pot of gold is a footstool.  The armored car company, Loomis, claims they were targeted by professional thieves. I don't know how they came  to that conclusion but at least someone was professional.
