Wow...I was really interested in the 3.5 day, but its quite a bit more than I expected.  At that price, I may have to pass this year.

Just 2?  Naaah, more like 3-4.    :smt044

Yeah, man, the average Friday night at Hog Camp is way more homo-erotic than our tuna trip was.  :smt003

I still voted. If we can swing enough people to do a 2.5 day trip I'll go.

I can't let last year's trip be my last trip without getting that last trip satisfaction out of it.

Don't want talk bad, but that is what the Intrepid  and the Independence charges for a 4 day which includes everything. I've seen the Islander and can honestly say it's not even in the same game as boats charging this price. I would love to join the group on this, but I'm going to have to think real hard about spending that much for this trip.

With Kayaks?  Really? Maybe we should book with one of those elite boats! ( I was under the impression the Islander was the only bigger off shore boat that took kayak trips.)

Islander charges less (per person) for non-kayak trips also.  Boat is still same $$ for each day, but they can take more people if they don't have kayaks and all the related gear.  Just math.

Well, you're correct, they don't do yaks.
Although the Intrepid is 116ft and and only takes 25 anglers.
Again, not wanting to down the Islander, but they are a little over the top on the price above. Especially after figuring in transportation, lodging, tip, extra gear needed etc.
I'm still interested in going, but like I said, I'll have to think a little harder about the $$$ involved.

That's more than 50 percent increase from last year's price.
