Rock on. Fishing Berryessa last last year convinced me to switch from diving planes to downriggers.

eric, thomas boyant spoons,little tungston spoons and castmasters(various colors)

windrider,its a scotty laketroller with a nimble scotty rod holder mount(extension),then i just wrapped duct tape around the extension untill the diameter of the stock rodholder is reached in the hobie.works very well.....simple/no holes(more) in the yak/and completly removable!

Nice!!!   I heard about them, but I've never seen one at Berryessa...  Which side of Berryessa & how deep was it?  I'm gonna try there soon, so please let me know!

ganoderma......ill try and take a close up pic soon,but i cut down the gimble rod holder mount about three inches untill it wa flush with the top of my stock flush mount rod holder and then wrapped it with duct tape untill it was snug in it!

Thank you!  but I'm not familiar of skiers cove...  is it by the capell?  I fish on North for salmonoids but around Oak shore or Pope creek.  It's pretty far & cold up there, so not too many skiers.
