So I played Human Lawn Dart on my Mt bike

Clipped a rock with my pedal and got launched.  Front wheel taco'ed seat torn, helmet cracked in half.  Me I escaped with just some minor dings

Yep, been there done that. And I still ride!

Glad you're ok, & you got some trailside rim tuning skills to boot!   

I used to put a ton of miles on my mt bike, then I moved to the flats and got old.   

Kudos to you for getting out there.  Glad you didn't get banged up.  Looks like a nice place to ride.

Geez!  You're too old to be doing anything like that without training wheels. 

Reminds me though, ski season is coming up and my bike is my best trainer/conditioner.

glad you're okay. I did that but flew through an intersection on Mission Blvd years ago. I too landed without injury and my bike was fine.

what a nice trail. Sorry about the crash though. Nice thing about Disc is, you can stomp the wheel near straight and still ride home with brakes.

That hurt my bones just watching it. That could have turned out a lot worst. Glad you're ok.
