Clipped a rock with my pedal and got launched.  Front wheel taco'ed seat torn, helmet cracked in half.  Me I escaped with just some minor dings

never met a Dry Fly I didn't like

I used to put a ton of miles on my mt bike, then I moved to the flats and got old.   :smt009

Geez!  You're too old to be doing anything like that without training wheels. 

Reminds me though, ski season is coming up and my bike is my best trainer/conditioner.

glad you're okay. I did that but flew through an intersection on Mission Blvd years ago. I too landed without injury and my bike was fine.

what a nice trail. Sorry about the crash though. Nice thing about Disc is, you can stomp the wheel near straight and still ride home with brakes.
