Lake Henessey 9/13

I'm hitting Hennessy in the morning.....kinda late post but if you're in the neighborhood around 6:30 AM come on by....I'll be in a tan Hobie.

I launched at 6:15 AM to a lake that was 6 feet lower than last time.....lots of shallow spots.....I ended the day with only 6 fish averaging 12 inches.....beat sitting on the couch though!

Hennessey is a fun place to fish.  Did you work the Tules?

Worked the tules and they seemed to produce about half the catch......I didn't try for crappie but I only fished for  crappie once and didn't score.

Well, at least you got out there and gave it a try.  Some fish is better than no fish.  I was planning on hitting Hennessy this weekend but if it's as low as you say then I might scrap that plan.
