By bad days I just meant no fish and feeling like I was being watched from below....nothing happened (to me) but I don't wanna go back.

Do a search here and visit the light house museum. In the past many whales were harvested near that point.
On the weekends they have dockets describe how the whales always travel through very close with their pups on the  inside next to the rocks, this is to keep them protected..... from orcas mostly.....

In additional there is the furbag  infested island to the south were I have been told marine biologist drag rockfish behind boats to continue their study of the Landlord.

Fishing solo is so relaxing but this isn't the place to do it.  I hear Darius puts on a good "Intro to kayak fishing the SMC" Seminar periodically.

I've fished this general area a lot, and as the years accumulated my acceptable window of days to hit it has shrunk.
when it is on there though, it is ON

Saw my first landlord last year in this area.  I launched my kayak by myself because I was late and was making my way to my friends that were already OTW.  Stopped to fish a huge baitball on the way out and saw it swimming towards me about 20-40 yards away.  Scary but an awesome experience. 

Bringing your kayak to this area is a pain!  I feel sorry for the guys who have to help me carry my AI to and from the beach.  Last season, some sorry ass noob got help carrying his kayak up to his car and took off.  Didn't even return the favor...and left the guy who helped him hanging...

And if you hook up with someone to fish this area, you're stuck with that person or group!  So wait for them and don't launch without them because you made new friends that morning, that were not there because of the hookup. 

If  you go there, let me know.  I want to take out an insurance policy naming me as the beneficiary.

Haha well Some have told me there's GWS here but have told me that the fishing is awesome orcas though that I wouldn't wanna mess with
