I'm a total wuss when it comes to hot, but can easily come up with ghost pepper sauce for those who like it hot.
Archie Marx wife, Linda, is the only one I know who can easily handle it.

I did not get a taste of my first fish taco until age 51, which happened to be the year that I started to take long range fishing trips.  $10 for a taco and soda almost made it the last one until I tasted my own cooking. 

i'll donate fish--if I catch any.
