What are we missing for the lunch?  I'm not very creative and it sounds like the meal is complete but I can't show up empty handed   

Maybe I'll just bring some Gatorades...I'm trying to cut back on the soda.

Gatoraide has the same amount of calories and sugar as soda because the servings are larger. Propel or water is the way to go for "pre-diabetics" like me.

Sounds like I am going to miss out on some yak fun this time, I promise my wife I would take her to lake Pardee to do some trolling for trout in the boat, I am staring to fill sorry for my boat have not taking her out of the garage for six mounts, every since the kayak moved in. Well you all have fun and if my wife bails on me I will be there in a hart beat  .

I probably won't be there till 7:00-7:30 AM. When I arrive, I'll monitor Channel 69 on my VHF radio so I can find everyone. I paddle an olive green Cobra Marauder that will smell like brownies with nuts tomorrow! I'm looking forward to a day on the water with you guys.
