What are we missing for the lunch?  I'm not very creative and it sounds like the meal is complete but I can't show up empty handed    :smt010

Maybe I'll just bring some Gatorades...I'm trying to cut back on the soda.

Angel.....bring chips and salsa. Gee......you being a Hispanic  :smt028, I would have thought that you would have thought of that already  :smt003

Gatorade? How da hell did you come up with that?  :smt011 :smt003

Angel -

Gatoraide has the same amount of calories and sugar as soda because the servings are larger. Propel or water is the way to go for "pre-diabetics" like me.

:smt015 I probably won't be there till 7:00-7:30 AM. When I arrive, I'll monitor Channel 69 on my VHF radio so I can find everyone. I paddle an olive green Cobra Marauder that will smell like brownies with nuts tomorrow! I'm looking forward to a day on the water with you guys.
