OK, not really, but my GPS plot probably looks that way.

I spent 3 hours yesterday sailing my AI on Lexington (only the second time I've had it out). The weather report said 11 to 16 mph, with gusts to 21, but it varied from dead calm to hanging-on-for-dear-life gusts. According to my GPS, my top speed was 10 mph but just briefly. I had a good bit of 7 to 8 mph, but it was really gusty, so it was mostly speed up, slow down, repeat. There was a Hobie sailboat (Bravo, I think) out there that got tipped over in one of the big gusts. My total distance was 12 miles, so I only averaged 4 mph, but that included a few stops. Anyways, lots of fun and can't wait to sail it on the saltwater. Here's short video (don't miss the guys paddling their canoe with sticks):

Btw, I had my FF and was marking a lot of fish, some of which looked to have some size. Unfortunately, I forgot my freshwater gear, but will definitely have to try fishing there soon.

I got a used 2014 that had only been used for sailing. It was cheaper than trying to upgrade my 2013 Adventure (that's the red one) to a full AI. The upgrade kits don't seem to be available anymore. Anyways, I don't think the 2015 is for me---too much weight to deal with.
