My Mac-n-Cheese with mushrooms and SPAM didn't last 15 minutes at GSX and it was 2 batches.  I'll make a 3-batch pot this time.

Smoked an 8-9# Pork butt for 10 hours. Shredded it and added some Osker's garlic marinade. Will be accompanied by a stack of corn tortillas
