hey i know forecast looks like crap from now till end of month. i have overseas friends here doing the tourist thing, but might have monday free and thinking a "working dive" might be better than no dive.  i could be down for a sea ranch or mendo dive - anyone thinking same? just gotta confirm friends' plans but text me on 925 876 3373

You're right about the forecast - wind is pretty big. I would probably try Van Damme or Russian Gulch due to protection from the wind

I was out at Salt Point and Ocean Cove this past weekend (June 24-26) and the waves were terrible.  Water was pretty turbid as well, so visibility was crap.  Didn't even end up going out since I had some beginners with me, so we just snorkeled around in the marine reserve area and swam with some harbor seals.  Still beats not going to the ocean :)

But be safe out there if you do end up going.
