The lyrics remind me of a Johnny Cash tune.

I have a fear of Ukulele. Anyone remember Quick Draw Magraw's character "El Cabong?" Well when I was just a little guy in my crib, my older sister got a Ukulele from our uncle and she comes climbing up on my crib looks at me and slams me in the head, full force. I was too suprised to cry and just laid there wondering what just happened. As we got older and I could run, she used to come after me with it and once again, full force on the head. Now for all you folks who know me that is why I'm a bit crazy!!!!

Hey all you Crabfest uker's and playahs!
Just got done with a healthy dose of xmas song uking and am now dusting off the cobwebs from the Crabfest song list.
I've downloaded Cherie & Co.'s list, and will print and be ready to rock - so thx Cherie, great tunes!
I will try to bring some other instruments - bongos, harmonica, etc. for others to play too.
We have a site in Cove campground - #66, cause I guess I slacked on the Jetty spot I thought I had reserved - Doh!
Arriving on Thurs. nite, and staying until Sun am. - no kayak, but bringing shore fishing stuff and a snare.
Plenty of time to jam this time, hoping for some good weather!

Any more practices planned before the show?

One of my favorite things about Crabfest is the ukefest, maybe we can host at our campsite.
