My 2016 OB has the square center hatch installed, I wonder how easy to cut that part out...?

The 2016 OBs come with the round hatch but you can upgrade.  Only the LE comes with the rect. hatch. 

I was thinking of getting this for my outback but I have GT 175 in the pockets of the gunwales.  How easy is it to trim this stuff to be able to go around the gear tracks?

from the material, i'd say its really easy to cut. but i would make sure you have a super sharp exacto knife so the cuts are clean.

They gave me the wrong color.  I ordered aqua camo and that's what the included paperword said but they gave me gray

I got 2 defective pieces out of 11.  They did not have enough adhesive and won't stick. Need to call their customer to get replacements.   
Top 2 left on the pic. attached.

Just finish installing my Seadek Aqua Camo on the AI. Very easy installation. Only one defective piece out 20 pieces, it happened to be the smallest piece that would go around the Mirage stabilizing bungee, missing cut out.

Make sure your surfaces are very clean. Do a final wipe down with new or clean rage using alcohol. I found that on the very first piece I install it was not sticking that well until i cleaned the area off again with the alcohol. After that it had adhered to the are with a very solid hold. Also be sure to score the adhesive covering with a blade. it mad proper placement very easy by peeling small sections at a time and applying to the surface as you go.

Very happy with the way it turned out.
