This is so simple and surprisingly tasty if you can deal with the heat.

Fire Cracker Abalone recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of ab thinly sliced, pounded and cut into strips.
1 tbspn butter
1 tbspn EVOO
1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

Over med /high heat melt the butter in the EVOO in a non stick pan and combine.

Place the abalone in the pan and stir evenly coating and separating the ab slices. Cook for approximately 2 mins.

Add the Sriracha sauce and stir evenly coating each piece of ab.
Heat the sauce about a minute or so being careful not to over cook the ab.

Serve over pasta, rice or as is as an appetizer. Caution: muy caliente!

Buen Provecho!

No garlic in this recipe it doesn't need it.
It was a recipe that was shown to me by a recently deceased friend that died while ab diving last year.

I'm sure garlic would be good in it and was about to add it but stopped. I will play around with this recipe and encourage others to do the same......but you should try it like this first  :smt008
