Fish id anyone?

Haven't tried eating one myself, but I just saw a very interesting piece on in-fisherman this sunday.  Apparently one of the editors is a HEEUUUGGE sucker fan, looks forward to filleting a few every spring time.  Imagine they've got tons of bones.
