Whole new bed from pick n pull or some such. Might save you a bunch of $. Turn the dented one into a cargo trailer.

Just leave it be. Not doing anything would save you 100% over doing something.

Can't find the parts at auto recyclers. They all seem to be smashed and not to many Titans out there compared to other makes. I am slowly coming to terms of having to live with it.

The newer Titans and Tundras are flimsy sheet metal side panels on the bed. Now the GM trucks are the same way. One little tap from the back and they buckle. I've put on countless bedsides before.

I've been doin bodywork almost as long as Craig, (37 yrs), and I know I would"t want to straighten that! Especially with that lil door , it should be replaced.
Not to say it couldn't be done, but it might look as good as that bumper
You might freak when you get that est. It won't be cheap.
