Refurbished with refinished wood, two new 1/2" bands (you can add a third or change to 9/16" if you really need to nail a ling to a rock), and a new snubber. The shaft has been re-threaded and is perfectly concentric and has a new double-flapper head. I'm in Sacramento and will deliver to the local area.
