So, are Anderson and Calero the only places in Santa Clara Co that allow swimming? I want to take the kids somewhere fun that we can play in the water.


Last I recall.....no swimming in anderson. I believe it's the same with calero......unless you do it discreetky in areas the ranger aint patrolling.  You can water-ski, wake and tube to your hearts content however.

Just drove by it today and it's nearly full.

just lox like it, but it shows only just under 70 percent.  http://alert.valleywater.org/rgi.php.
imagine how insane 85 or 90% would look like?!  prolly water up to hwy 17! 

Yeah, my bad.  It's been so long since I've seen it full that I guess I forgot how high the water actually gets.

......and the Rangers aren't particularly fond of being asked what the difference is between you swimming around the yak and a downed skier.  The rules are the rules, you keep it up and I'll cite you!
