Gonna get the tacoshack a shakin again this year. Last year we served about 550 fish tacos in less than 4 hours. Much thanks to all my brothers who donated their hard-fought fish, homemade salsas and ever-illusive time to the cause. Once again i want to get the fish from sea to tortilla and i need help. I think we have enough people to run the shack but i definitely need people to contribute fresh-caught filets(no frozen shit from last season). We also need people to bring their homemade salsas. Salsa variety is absolutely key to the fishtacoshack experience. Anyone who brings salsa should also tape a 3x5 card to the jug with their screen name and brief description of their salsa. I will bring a jug of my green tomatillo-avocado-lime-jalapeno. We also need someone to make a bunch of chipotle crema. Without the crema we might as well go home. Other items we seek are: 600 corn tortillas, 5gal jug of peanut oil, (4) 2litre bottles of club soda and 10 boxes of tempura batter mix(cheapest at asian grocery store). Please post up if you can help. Thanks.

Peanut oil and chipotle creme is on me. How much of the creme would you like jack?
I can also help filleting fish and lend a couple extra hands at the shack if you need. 600 tacos in 4 hours sounds like a fun challenge. Anything else you may need in bulk, like limes?, I can get wholesale prices thru the restaurant I work at.

I'll make the same salsa cruda I brought last year. People seemed to like it.

Ok Usually just one guy brings all the tortillas. How about One F and alfredo each bring 320 corn tortillas. They usually come in 80 packs.

It's a long way out for me yet, doubt highly I will get any fishing in, but I will help man what I can, for as long as I can!  :smt006
