At least on-line that is.  Just purchased mine for $22.42  Not sure how much I paid for it last year but can't be much more than that.  Will have to wait for it to get delivered to see what changed for the 2016 season.  Just can't wait for the opening day!

Sorry but DFG has just finished a meeting and will be coming up with the changes to the only open section this year. More updates on April 1 but it looks like all of Sonoma and Mendicino will be closed. Must venture far up north to dive this year. Once again more updates on April 1
