A question arose about the limit on crabs when crabbing from a charter boat. I found this online here.

well the crossing out and the smeary read out and vagueness --really let folks know---boy what a great resource they provide for the public--is there a link to the special reading glasses and secret de-coder ring for these turdpunchers...

I mean --who takes something like this to their boss and says--all done boss...and the boss reads it and says--thats awesome...print it for the public

That just lets us see what words are being removed. When they print the new books it won't have that I would guess. We can see that they are striking out the part that limits charter boats to six.

Strikethrough is standard practice to show what has changed from the previous document. Your voter hand book is filled with these when amending laws. If the strike through section is approved, The final version omits the strikethrough. If not, the strikethrough is removed.

Here is the current regs.

well how about actually saying that---limit is this # or limit is that #...
limit ten--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------is stupid

if they can type a dash they can type the word updates:

either way if they have their employees answering phones--then they should have some phone skills and basic knowledge of regs..or have a resource person who can answer simple questions..

I absolutely agree they should know the regs. With the two pole reg I was told "we just know" but couldn't cite the reg that applied. Or it is the two pole endorsement that somehow creates a lack of legality.  It is a problem when the regs are too complicated for their staff to comprehend.
