hi all
im a central coast waterman , ive been diving, fishing , surfing, kayaking , hunting  and various combinations of all the above since i was a little kid . i mostly dive , but h&l here and there mostly with my kids or for salmon .

i also build spearguns , its a hobby that kind of got away from me and turned into a part time job

Welcome Phil, you're a bit of a legend who doesn't really need an intro!  Think you'll find this community smaller, friendlier, and more helpful than SB. Hope to see you out there (I do a lot of shore dives, but also get out in bright green Ocean Kayak). I don't think I've shot a greenling for at least 10 -15 years  , I do shoot perch in the fall and winter , I have a method making them taste just like crab
