Last minute Rancho Seco

Looks like my shore fishing buddy backed out, but my stuff is already loaded and the plan is set in motion to be at Rancho Seco tomorrow targeting trout. I've only fished there once, and only caught one trout (Berryessa) so don't hope for any professional advice [emoji23], but if you want to join it'd be nice to meet some folks! I work til midnight, so being there at the Crack of dawn isn't in the cards, whenever I wake up is when I'll arrive, but I'll have my radio on 69 if anyone comes out! I'll be in a grey dodge pickup, or a dusk Ws thresher.

I think I talked to you on the water today.  I was fly fishing in a blue float tube.  I ended the day with 2 rainbows.  It was real tough.  Still no bass.

We did speak! Glad to hear you at least wound up with rainbows. I trolled the lake for a couple hours, through some kastmasters, then tried for bass. No one I talked to had caught any fish by the time I left except the shore guys. Good to hear that you got something though, gives me hope for next time!
