Best Meat Source you can Recommend

I buy my meat on Costco in Bulk Ribeye or NY steak for Shabu shabu, cut it in serving pieces vacuum seal and last me 4-6 months, lately I'm wondering if there are local stores that anyone can recommend. Thanks

Damn you mentioned my two favorites.  I have been to wine, beer and other festivals just for the sole purpose of getting a freshly made lockford sausage.  Usually one when we get there and one for the road.

Since when has any post, with the exception of someone sharing the loss of a loved one or a family pet, been excluded from smartassery ?

I have always considered myself to be well versed or practiced in the fine art.

However as in many circumstances in life I find once again that there are those that far exceed my ability,with not only style and flair but with great timing and intelligence.

I think if you watch the ads you will find a much better deal at Smart and Final for big chunks of blood dripping meat! I seem to find the best prices here often and go in on Mondays to pick up some extra savings from things left through the weekend.
