Purchase a Cobra kayak? I've been spoiled. The wheels and frame fit nicely in the Navigator A-hatch up front. You did ask for stupid ideas, right?

You mean Python Lock.  This is what I do.

At Shelter Cove I lock mine to the guard rail.
I use a Cobra lock and take the wheels off the cart.
The lock will go through the wheels and through the hitch pins.
Haven't had any problems this way.
I've also ditched them in the bushes, but that was in the middle of no mans land.
You forgot to add:
#6. Have your wife haul them back back to the truck for you and bring them down when you hail her on the VHF. This one is my favorite.

Or hide them in the bushes. Right J? :smt002

#7 Stash them in the bushes.  I only do this sometimes haha!

I can get the beach wheels into my front hatch with no problem. How did you manage to get the frame in there?

wouldn't the WheelEEZ Kayak Mini Cart fit in the hobie outback front storage?

i'm looking at getting the wheeleez mini vs the wheeleez beach one.

I currently have the hobie hd cart which sucks when trying to load it with gear.

There have been lots of unhappy customers here on this site that have started with the mini cart and for one reason or another it didn't work out for them.  Most of them ended up purchasing the regular cart.  Can't remember what the issues were with the small cart but there have been plenty.  I'm sure somebody here will list them.

Take the wheels off the frame and load the frame first then the wheels. We should fish someday.

After moving the battery bag all the way to the front of my Trident, I was able to squeeze both the frame and the beach wheels into the front hatch. Thanks, ravensblack! :smt001
