San Francisco Fine Bakery in redwood city. We are mainly wholesale, so chances are, youve never heard of us. But very good chance youve eaten our products as we sell to a lot of customers all over the bay including big tech companies, hotels, hospitals, etc.

were bringing a bunch of different stuff --

 I also hit the wharf 2 fish market at lunch and got some swordfish-tuna and salmon and some big fat macks to smoke up- Thursday afternoon---all marinated and soaking in the fridge for 48 hrs

going to smoke the macks whole cleaned and split and do them long enough that they should be really fun--

 even go get some more--2.50$ lb and they have big sardines too???

also fresh froze 4 huge perch form spearing this weekend---each in their own zipper bag--gonna thaw and scale and fry cook them in a big  pan  we are bringing with canola oil and ???

Vy is going to grill up a bunch of asparagus and I'll have a buncha hot dogs.

Hoping to share some of my culinary experiments with some Chili. Brought some last year. Pretty sure MontanaN8v enjoyed um. He will eat anything though.
