Thanks Victor (Victors Family) Dan and all the wonderful sponsors.  We had a great time as you can imagine.  It was great seeing all the kids, Son's, Daughters and parents out there having a great time.  Les is very excited about taking up the sport of kayak fishing and will be training for the next tournament.  Thanks again NCKA for a wonderful day of family food and fun.

Welcome, Lesley!

You had the greatest win celebration of any prize winner I've ever seen at one of our get-togethers. It was a joy to witness.  :smt006

I second that.  Lesley, your reaction and happiness in winning the kayak was awesome.

This was my first club event.  I caught no perch, got wet and cold and met some great people.  It's very evident that, as Rockfish told me, NorCal is like a giant family.  Looking forward to more events.

Nice report everybody.  Well done Victor and all who contributed/attended this event.  Again I missed this event due to rotator cuff surgery.  Great photos....made me feel as if I was there.  Thanks for the posts.

Thanks Narisa, Vic and all the Sponsors I had to leave way too early, looking at the pics I missed a lot. Just wondering who made these little flavor BOMBS would love to make for a little WAF.

Yes, those macaroons ARE the bomb. I received my own personal stash courtesy of Jingle, aka Mrs. Butete.

Thanks Jingle!  :smt006

Congratulations Les.  Let you fishing education begin.

Les, the first thing you have to learn is you're Kastman's replacement in the camp kitchen.  Hint:  Get up early to start the coffee.  We all, well maybe not your brother-in-law, like our morning coffee.

I took Les out on Sunday to Bodega Bay and she paddled all around the entire bay.  She had a great time saw lots of rays, seals, crab and good amount of water fowl.  She is hooked.

If I teach her how to fish, you won't ever have to worry about her out fishing you.  Was that your plan?
