Checking out Lake San Antonio on my way home from a business trip on 2/2/07. Launching from the Lake San Antonio Resort at 0700. Will be on channel 69. Never fished there before but they have LMB, SMB and SB according to the web info. Tips and company welcome.  :smt003

Suggestion. To launch go to Harris campground which is as far south as you can drive on the west side of the lake. There is a launch ramp there in one of the prettiest and fishiest parts of the lake. That sizeable cove and the next one south will please you whether you catch fish or not. Watch of the balled eagles which are fairly commonplace. Enjoy and let us here about it.
