I'm in site 7 again and ready to host there if you want.  Great time last year!  WOOT!!

Well this was easy, I never made it past the first page.  I haven't bought a kayak yet, (Wednesday hopeful), have never fished off of a kayak, have only been on a sot kayak in the ocean once, no wetsuit yet, limited gear for salt, have never participated in a past Gimme Shelter event and don't have a sponsor.

For the love of my back and ability to sleep I converted to one of "those" hammock campers two years ago and gave up the tent.  Wind and lack of trees, Crabfest is close enough to make a day run out of it.

not gonna miss it this year!2015 sucked for me as far as fishing goes.never made it to the salt.fished twice. missed my homies! ill be in my corner again! can't wait

Thanks Eric! Man, I was hoping you would of included greenling on the list this year. Mix it up a little bit for the trollers  . Ok, appreciate all the hard work, me n the fam are lookin' to get some much needed time at the cove!

I can't wait, I already had fun. 

The raffle benefiting club charities will be held again, and I should have 3 new kayaks in that raffle.  Each tournament participant gets an entry toward each kayak.  If someone wins more than one kayak they must give it away on the spot.  Also, if someone wins a kayak in the raffle and wishes to give it away they get a free guided trip.  We want to see the new kayaks go to people who will use them.  I'm stoked to announce that Big Jim Russell has agreed to run the raffle for me again, and proceeds will be awarded to PIF and another club charity to be announced right after the raffle.

Thanks for entrusting me with this again Eric...so many people helped out last year to make it a great success and I think this year should go equally as well if not better.

Looking forward to it already.

Thanks for all you do yo make this such a great event.  The check is in the mail!  I neglected to list ORC and Angler of the Day tourneys in Oregon on my qualifications form.

Just reserved my campsite.   Same site as last time.   Headin down Thursday this time!  Wish I could stay longer!  Hopefully salmon season will open!

How did I miss this?
Always look forward to this event, now even more so as I won't have to travel 8+ hours.
