The way the bait has been this year. I wouldn't doubt that there are still schools of macks hanging out. Just gotta find them.

Was just out last weekend and there was huge schools of macks EVERYWHERE up near Davenport
Give a man a fish and he'll eat a day. Teach a man to fish and he'll sit on the water all day with a stick in his hand and no fish.

Is it safe to eat sardines with crab season still closed? Or do domoic acid pass through sardines faster than crabs?

Has anybody launched in the SC area recently? The harbor was shoaled and probably still is:

And the surf has been big recently---launching/landing might be more exciting than usual...

Saw sets breakings all the way across the harbor just today.
