I am not the expert, but it looks like a Hobie through hull fitting. I have used them on a previous kayak to route wires for a fish finder from inside the kayak hull through the top.

the exact part you're looking for is off a garmin transducer bracket. if you really want it you can order it from here:

http://www.amazon.com/Garmin-Replacement-Transducer-Bracket-010-10272-00/dp/B008ALQKLY

but i do agree with saw the Hobie thru Hull kit is a much better solution.

Thanks everyone.. I am trying to run my battery cable through the void in my yak. So, I need one more fitting. I like the hoddie fittings, I may go that way.
 Thanks again

That little part is called a 'clamshell' or wire feedthru & can be found at a variety of places.  There is no need to order a whole install kit or transducer kit just to get that little part.

The best one I've found & used so far is the Hobie one.

I go to West Marine fairly regularly, I have never seen one there.  Try CCK.

These are available at most marine shops. You can buy them individually.

I call that a "thingamajigger".
Fish laugh when I paddle by.  Sometimes they laugh so hard they fall on my hook.

Thanks everyone! Yakattack makes em too. They are a bit flatter than the Garmin style, but will work just fine. I saw them at Headwaters kayak in Lodi. Nice people there and just about whatever you could want for you Kayak.
 Thanks again
