I have some mesquite logs straight from Texas I go from Megan's fathers buddy, he drove his RV out from Texas with a wheel barrel load in the back compartment!!!!! Everytime I drive back I pick some up but its been awhile!!! I'm having a hard time finding a fn brisket, half the people I talk to say " a what " lmao

Smart and final should have it.  That's where I usually get it.  Brisket is not cheap these days though.

Cash and Carry should have brisket for about $3/lb.  I can get sacks of mesquite logs for you anytime.

Not a fan of the store, but I have found whole briskets at the Wallyworld in the past. I smoked a 16 pounder for our Christmas dinner. Started it at 8:00 Christmas eve and tended it overnight. Done to 185 at 10:00 am Christmas day.
