in October I watched Hardware as part of a pre-Halloween film fest, and Lemmy has a notable cameo in the film.
He played a post-apocalyptic ferry pilot. Apparently he requested  a 750ml bottle of jack Daniels and a 357 magnum to appear on screen. Before the take was complete the bottle was empty, and the pistol lost into the river.

   Sounds right. Apparently, he switched to drinking screwdrivers recently due to "health reasons!"

Sounds like he was claiming that the cola in the J&C's he drank for ever gave him the cancer. Couldn't possibly be all the other crap he pumped into himself, could it?

 I am a huge Motorhead fan and am sad to see him go. He was a huge influence in modern music, and his legacy will continue.
