Been searching for a good fishing glove that gives the flexibility of feeling , warmth and of course a good buy for the winter fishing. Found these.

Be first time trying this style. Just couldn't get the feel with other types of gloves with all finger tips. Tried ones with just index and thumb missing. Still not right . Hoping these do the trick !! Especially when trying to tie line and not constantly having to remove your gloves. Only problem is there not available until late dec.

Depending on the level of cold will depend on the gloves I wear.
If it's blizzard conditions or similar temps I go with mittens that can peel back exposing the fingers.
Otherwise regular semi loose fitting gloves. Easy on and easy off. I'm not a big fan of having any part of my fingers exposed if it's cold, and I've fished in cccccold.

Those look nice, hope they work out!  Living at 4500 feet, I've gone through a lot of glove iterations over the winters.  The old-school fingerless wool gloves are nice, until they get wet.  Over the last year I've been using Cabela's Guidewear Glommits (the fingerless ones with the fold-over mittens), and although they're great for deflecting wind, they too become obsolete as soon as they get wet.

A friend of mine who fishes for winter steelhead recommended these Kast gloves (link below).  I haven't tried them.  He said that despite the full fingers, they are supple enough to allow knot-tying and keep your hands dry and warm even when fishing in the gnarliest of conditions.  They're pricey, but I've had plenty of times OTW in the dead of winter where I'd be more than willing to dish out the cash for warm hands!

Thanks for the reply Clayman and Tote. Just looking for something simple for here in the Monterey bay or perch fishing. Nothing extreme at the moment. Do envy you guys having the extreme fishing in the snow in your back yard.

I use the gloves from the goodie bag @ Albion, and I cut the finger tips off the glove. Works for me year round, but I don't fish in the snow

I was able to buy a couple of pairs on sale. Only problem is they're not too durable when handling crabs. lol!

Beware,... for your consideration,
I will point out one problem I found with gloves.  I purchased some sweet neoprene gloves to use while steelhead fly fishing in N. California during the winter.  I'm not that big, 5'9" and 180 with fairly large hands.  I got a size large.  They fit in warm weather when I don't need them.  But when its really cold, my hands seem to increase in size.  I think I must be pumping more blood to my extremities to stay warm.  Anyway, when I really need them they are tight and uncomfortable.

I've been using Glacier Gloves, open fingered style, for years hunting and fishing.  What Alex posted looks better yet, as those last two fingers are fully covered.  Only problem is hooks getting caught in the fabric when tying plugs on.  Can't use full fingered ones as it is too hard to make knots.

I second Tote's choice. Mitten covered fingerless gloves. I like having all my fingertips available. Mine are made of windproof polar fleece. They keep my fingers warm even if I get em wet. If I soak them, take them off and shake them out, smack em on your thigh a few times and almost all the water is gone. Mine are the Simms brand. Love em.
