Some interesting comments along with the clip on the actual U Tube page.

Being in the delta yesterday, the riprap and dying hyacinth look  about right.

At least one TV station is looking for an interview, and the posting was done under a knife sharpening business account.  More to come?

And of course it's all questionable but there may have been a dead one reported as well.

Call me gullible but after watching the clip a few times, I'm going with true/drought/El Nino

Had to watch it a few times.  Saw NO water movement on the surface or any movement to anything behind it as far as algae & the such.  Not buying into it at this point.
Looks to be a few feet down, and at the leisure speed its moving I wouldn't expect to see a wake.  Hopefully it can be caught and relocated to the salt!

There was one in a slough in the delta about a month ago.
Saw the picture on Fisherman in Sac Facebook page.

I don't believe it.....your average delta bank angler wouldn't have been able to witness something as cool as that without chucking a large rock at it or trying to snag it with a treble and their 12' surf rod.  :)
