Any preferences to how we arrange the food, Beer&Wine? I'd like to separate alcohol from food cost if possible, since I know that some of the attendees don't drink.  Past that, we can do bottles, a torpedo or pony keg if there is enough interest..

Possibilities for food:

Set menu with several options (all the same price)
We just cook and bring food out, and you eat until you are full.
Buffet style

I'm open to other suggestions. My kitchen staff guys are pretty flexible, but if they tell me something is unfeasible then I plan to listen to them.

Thanks, Adam. Offer accepted. If you're available, will drive up earlier in the day to visit with you and Linda. and thanks, Ron, for your offer. The shorter drive at night is much better for me, for reasons other than booze overload.

How soon before the ho down do you need to know?
I'd say I'm in, but that time of year for me is a total clusterf%^k so it wouldn't be fair for me to commit now.

The Chavez Fam is In! WTG and thanks a whole lot Adam For taking in the Party and all us crazy NCKA'ers! This is going to be Fun!

We don't drink so could play driver for Anyone that gets Saki punched Park at Adam's parents place and get picked up/dropped there by minivan or Big Ford limo van Come play and We'll make sure you get somewhere safe Can't wait to see everyone!!!
