Can a person with a 1 day fishing license fish 2 rods in freshwater?

You would have to buy a "second rod" tag for inland waters except where artificial lures or barbless hooks are required.

I think I saw something similar asked and answered in one of Carrie Wilson's columns.

I think the answer to your question is you can do anything with the one day license you can with a full year license but when it come to stamps and cards (2 rod, abalone, sturg) you have to pay full price for it, there are no one day cards and stamps.

But then again my memory sucks.
