Well let's try this again.  WX permitting Fish Junky and I will launch from TC at about 7 am. on the Saturday.  If the WX sucks we plan to fish Tomales Bay for any leftover butts or whatever is biting.  The tides look favorable in Tomales.  I have these Branson sea slugs that I'm dying to try on the ling population.  Who's with us?

If the swell calms down then I'll be there.  Right now it's not looking too good though!

The launch is easy, its when the swells and wind hit you on the outside makes you think twice.

Where does everybody get their swell and period reports from?  I use Pacificwaverider and NOAA but sometimes their predictions are way off.  Is there another one out there?

Got it. Thanks. Looks a bit too rough for my likings.

Not the best conditions to go out on; rollers combined with 16mph winds, gusting to 21 @ 10am

Looks like similar conditions up and down the coast...

No worries Lobster.  We all want to come back alive.  Best to pool info in order to make the go/no go decisions.  I'm going to wait until about Thurs to make a call on TC.  Thanks for the imput.

I hear ya kokoloco.  Im gonna wait til Thursday/Friday to see if the reports change a bit.  Whats making the decision tough for me, as Im looking to go to TC on Sunday, was how the swells were supposed to be the same size this past Saturday but Bmb ended up having good conditions.
