I'm with Tote.  Just one of the many reasons I would never want to live in the City.  Too expensive, too many people, too many cars, too many...................

That's why I moved out after 30 years. It's nice to be able to park all of my vehicles in front of my house in SJ.
I had to pay for parking 6 blocks from my home in SF just so I could have a designated parking spot.

+1. No parking, congestion, traffic, etc. Definitely a seller's market. Time to cash in $$$!

No way I would buy it! I was born and raised in San Francisco and know it well, so after 30 years there I got the hell out. Finally came to my senses. Cashed out and moved to the foothills. For me it was an upgrade in every way. That city is so dang inconvenient -expensive. The parking really  starts to grind on you after a while.  :smt013   Once I got married and had kids it was time to go. I just can't understand why people want to pay so much for old dumpy properties but bless their hearts. Different strokes for different folks.
