Well, I didn't get to fish today, as I had to protect the beautiful people of Mendocino County. But, Kickin Bass went for a walkabout somewhere on the river and landed the attached female. Nice fish, and thanks for calling me over to take you photo.....jerk!

Thanks Deputy Dan...  For taking the photos and for Checking my secret weapon lure for barbs (joking).  The side of your patrol car has seen a few fish now.  Not many NCKA members have a personal body guard/photographer at the touch of a button.

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Nice one - thanks for posting the great photos.  Did you catch it from your yak?

Being an honorable sportsman is way more important than what you catch.

I wish I did ( catch it on a yak) this was a last minute thing. Scwafish was bumping up his WAF, Mahi Mahi was at work, so I did a Bonzai run to the river.   BTW SCWAFISH, remember where you got your 2 hits on your little Wiggler.   That be the place where this girl was hanging out.

Don't doubt it.  That run and Jelly's swimming hole both look very fishy!

holy cow. are you using 10-12lb line like mickfish?

mickfish uses a spinning setup and you use a casting setup?
