Bass Pro Shops Grand Opening Weds October 28!!

Anyone going to Grand Opening tonight?

   Went last night for one last checkup on them before the GO.  I'll be up there all day Saturday though!  Got to check out things a bit more last night.  Pretty cool assortment.

   They had/have 22 ammo In-Stock!!!!

They have one descent size tank with a few local species in in.  Pretty cool to check out the fish checking you out.  They were placing the tank decorations in it last night while I was there.

Make sure you video tape your cannonball

I stopped by with some friends to see what was up.  Got there at 5:30pm just in time for hula dancing, the national anthem, and a prayer by Jimmy Houston.  Talked to Kevin Van Dam and Ish Monroe about how they really need to try bass fishing from a Hobie kayak.  Played with the Lowrance FFs and checked out ALL the gear.  Ran into some badass NCKAers working the fishing dept. which was a nice bonus!

Yes, Lowrance seems to pretty much dominate their display space.  After the dust settles there, we will tweek their assortment with a few new additions from the Navico lineup.  I can't wait to be up there all day Saturday to geek out with Lowrance customers.
